Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Care and Treatment grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Care and Treatment (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service (“Software”) on any one computer on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Software, so long as your subscription is valid and paid up, and consistent with these terms.

Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read this terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer.

Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden.

You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Care and Treatment.

Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Care and Treatment of this Agreement and the license.

You agree that you will not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

We warrant that the Care & Treatment will perform 90% perfect without defects during the term of this Agreement. Software is in trial mode and can lead to any crash or loss. If the Care & Treatment Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process.

Any software that is available on the Services (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Care and Treatment and/or its licensors.

Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software.

You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software.

You may not install any Software until you have read and accepted the terms of the accompanying software license.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN SUCH LICENSE AGREEMENT, CARE AND TREATMENT, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
