  • My license is expired, what to do?

  • I am using a MAC computer, is it possible to install in MAC?
    At this moment a Care & Treatment support Windows environment and only works in Windows Vista,10, 11 and more upcoming latest windows versions.
  • How can I make a payment?
    For easy process just call on Hotline number and you will get multiple payment options.
  • What is the security of my data?
    Well, we do not own your data and it's always with you. Your data is located in your computer and you can call Hotline number to get more details. For extra security, you need to back up your data within specific time interval. You will get required instructions in your app settings.
  • My computer was formatted, what about my old data?
    You can reinstall the app, and import your patient data from regular latest backup. For full back up restore from cnt-data folder, you need to download your latest backup folder and call Hotline number and ask for backup restore assistant.
  • What should I do if the system crashes or stops working?
    If your system crashes unexpectedly, please don't uninstall this app. Instead, Contact on Hotline number immediately for assistance.
